Motivation, contrary to popular opinion, is ephemeral. It is fleeting. For those of you reading this with kids, you know that we can only motivate our kids so much before the lose interest.

Motivation only becomes lasting when we DO something.

The Bible says in Matthew 7:24-29 that the wise man builds his house on the ROCK….the interesting thing about the word “wise” is that it means “skill”.

…last time I checked, you have to “do” skills, “perform” skills, “execute” skills…therefore, it would be wise of ALL of us to act on motivation once we receive it.
