WHO AM I?
...can you guess the Athlete?

This Athlete’s dad played in the NBA for 16 years, and you can say that there was unspoken pressure for him to succeed.
He was undersized, and from ages 9 onward, he didn’t pass the eye test because he was always the smallest on the team.
He maintained an underrated mindset from the jump, and would tell himself that if he ever got the opportunity to compete against the best, he knew he could hold his own…despite what everyone else was saying.
According to this Athlete, there were a lot of people who told him what he couldn’t do or couldn’t be.
He had to deal with all of these emotions…and one could say he dealt with many of the precursors of Imposter Syndrome…
Can you guess the Athlete? In the coming days, I will be breaking down Imposter Syndrome and how Athletes are affected by it. I will also go over solutions as well!
Talk soon.
